Lake Biwa is the world's third oldest lake.
Experience the long history of this lake, and the everyday lifestyles and culture of the people who live around it, on this one-day tour with Japanese locals.
＜Date＞ October 21th (Sunday) 9:00a.m.-5:00p.m.
＜Meet Up＞ 8:15a.m. Keihan Biwako Hamaotsu Station (Be on time!)
＜Participation Fee＞ \2,000(international student)
※charter cruise boat, Biwako Museum entrance fee, lunch, insurance, etc.
＜Schedule＞
＊Explore the area, interact with local citizens by doing quizzes and more!
Meet at 8:00a.m. Keihan Biwako Hamaotsu Station → Otsu Port → Boarding → Opening ceremony → Biwako Museum → Okishima Island (Lunch) → The Secret Power Spot (Superb view from the boat) → Otsu Port
＜Registration＞
1. Apply via e-mail. info@oiga.jp to Otsu International Goodwill Association (Please apply for yourself!)
(Please include your full name (w/ furigana), university name, nationality, age, sex, address, telephone number, and email address.)
2. Reply via instructions provided in response email. → Registration complete!
＜Please Note＞
1. Cancellation without informing us will result in a cancellation fee (full price.)
2. Participants will be divided into groups beforehand and travel in those groups during the event.
3. Transportation will be by charter boat. Coming/leaving the event directly is not allowed. Please bring your own motion sickness medicine if needed.
4. Lunch will be from a restaurant fixed menu. Menu cannot be adjusted for allergies or other food restrictions.
5. Event will take place rain or shine, but activities may vary in case of rain.
6. Event will be cancelled if a severe weather warning(Southern Otsu city or Omi Hachiman city) is issued as of 7:00 a.m. the day of the event. Please remain updated on weather reports, and we will update our home page or Facebook page the day of the event.

琵琶湖は世界で３番目に古い湖です。
地域住民の人々といっしょに貸切の船に乗り、琵琶湖の長い歴史やその周辺に住む人々の日常生活を知る１日旅行に参加しませんか？
＜日時＞ １０月２１日（日曜日）午前９時～午後５時
＜集合＞ 午前8時15分 京阪びわ湖浜大津駅
＜参加費＞ 2,000円（留学生）
※貸切乗船料、琵琶湖博物館、昼食代、保険料等含む
＜スケジュール＞
※地域住民とグループになってコースを回り、クイズ等をしながら交流します！
京阪びわ湖浜大津駅 8時15分集合 → 大津港 → 乗船 → オープニングセレモニー → 琵琶湖博物館 → 沖島（昼食） → 秘密のパワースポット（船からの絶景鑑賞） → 大津港（解散）
＜予約方法＞
1. Eメールで（info@oiga.jp）「氏名（ふりがな）、大学名、国籍、年齢、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス」を書いて、大津市国際親善協会まで申し込んでください。※参加者本人が申込してください。
2. 参加者は仮受付メールを受け取り次第、協会事務局へ返信 → 受付完了！
＜注意事項＞
1. 連絡なくキャンセルしたときは、キャンセル料が必要です（全額）。
2. 事務局で事前にグループ分けをし、当日はグループ単位で行動します。
3. 移動は往復とも貸切の船です。現地集合・解散はできません。また酔い止め薬等は各自で用意してください。
4. 昼食はレストランで決まったメニュー（お弁当）を食べます。アレルギー等、個別の対応はできません。
5. イベントは雨天決行ですが、状況に応じて内容が変更になる場合がございます。ご了承ください。
6. 当日朝7時の時点で、大津市南部と近江八幡市のいずれかに暴風を含む警報または特別警報が発令されている場合、イベントは中止になります。各自で天気予報等をご確認ください。当日朝にFacebookでも配信します。
